- RecoveryOS — If your inquiry relates to sober living housing, we may share your contact information with RecoveryOS, a separate entity, with your knowledge and consent. Recovery housing is operated by RecoveryOS, not Threk Recovery Ltd.
- Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data. GA4 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Your Rights · Data Retention · Changes
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. Contact us at info@threkrecovery.com to exercise these rights. Contact form submissions are retained for a period sufficient to respond to your inquiry. Newsletter subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe.
This site is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — the date above reflects the most recent revision.

Descriptions of program features and services reflect current intentions and are subject to change, including the availability of IOP/OP clinical services pending OhioMHAS certification.
Scheduling and Contact Forms
Submitting a contact form or scheduling a call through this Site does not establish a client relationship or constitute enrollment in any program. A formal intake process is required before any services are rendered. Response times are targets, not guarantees.
RecoveryOS Partnership Disclosure
Threk Recovery Ltd provides peer support and clinical services. Recovery housing is operated by RecoveryOS, a separate legal entity. References to sober living, recovery housing, or RecoveryOS on this site describe a partnership arrangement — Threk Recovery Ltd does not own or operate recovery housing.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, the Threk Recovery Ltd name and logo, the Tiwaz rune mark, the "Humanity in Motion" tagline, The Daily Census editorial content, and all associated brand elements — is the property of Threk Recovery Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

This Site contains links to third-party platforms including Calendly and RecoveryOS. Threk Recovery Ltd is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites or services.

Your Rights Under HIPAA
When Threk Recovery Ltd provides clinical services, we create records about you and the care you receive. We are required by law to maintain the privacy of your Protected Health Information (PHI), to provide you with this Notice of our legal duties and privacy practices, and to abide by the terms of this Notice.
How We May Use and Disclose Your Health Information
- Treatment — We may use your health information to provide, coordinate, or manage your care and related services, including sharing with other providers involved in your treatment.
- Payment — We may use and disclose your health information so that services you receive may be billed and payment collected from you or a third party such as Ohio Medicaid, CareSource, or Buckeye Health Plan.
- Health Care Operations — We may use and disclose your health information for program evaluation, quality improvement, training, and administrative purposes necessary to run our program.
- As Required by Law — We will disclose health information when required to do so by federal, state, or local law, including mandatory reporting obligations.

Our Duties
Threk Recovery Ltd is required by law to maintain the privacy of your health information, to provide you with this notice, to notify you following a breach of your unsecured health information as required by the HIPAA Breach Notification Rule (within 60 days of discovery), and to abide by the terms of this Notice while it is in effect.

You may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights at hhs.gov/ocr or 1-800-368-1019. We will not retaliate against you in any way for filing a complaint.
